Return Period

Customers have a 30-day window from the date of receipt to initiate a return. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed with all tags attached.

Return Process

• Once we approve your return request, you will receive a return authorization number and further instructions.
• Please package the item securely and include the return authorization number in your shipment.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
